Window World was great to work with. I had them do 10 windows. They were true to their pricing guide. There installers were professional and knowledgeable. They offered a great warranty for half the price (or even less) of their competitors. Highly recommend and will use again for the remainder of my windows in the future.

Window World Muncie was very easy to work with! Trent never pushed us the couple of times he was out and was always available if we had questions, and the installer (Randy, I believe) was awesome. He came at the time he said he would (earlier rather than later) and got right to work. I'm not sure he even took a break the two days he was here, from 9 am to at least 4 pm. He was efficient, quiet, never made me feel uncomfortable, completely cleaned up after his work was done, and answered my questions when I had them. He even stayed over the second day past the time he should have stopped to make sure everything was done. We did, however, find that one window was missed with some caulking, but my husband called and they will be sending someone out right away to finish it. We are very pleased and will be using Window World for two other windows we'll need done in the future.

I got a quote around 2022 and couldn't afford it at the time. Got another quote in 2024 and they kept the 2022 price for me. They were done in a day, 10 windows. Great job.

We could not be happier with how everything turned out. We had 15 windows and 3 doors replaced. The team was very professional and done an amazing job on the install. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Window World came in to replace a bay window that had been damaged by a hail storm in 2024. Trent came to measure and order. An awesome Mike and crew, installed , cleaned up in a timely manner. We are in awe at the workmanship of the window. Will recommend Window World for your window needs. It has been an enjoyable journey with an extraordinary group of people.

Everyone was great. From Trent who came to find out what we wanted, to Danielle who took good care of us with billing and appointment setting and the crew, Darren, Chris and CJ who were very professional in installation. I appreciated is that Chris came back Sunday afternoon to talk around the outside of one window which was overlooked. I would certainly recommend window world to anyone interested! Okay so
