Mike’s team out of Muncie was great! Quick and efficient! Any questions or concerns I had Mike answered all my questions and came up with solutions! The pricing was the best pricing out of 3 companies that we had priced! The whole process from start to finish was a pleasurable one and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We absolutely loved our experience! Started out with a no nonsense approach to our estimate. So many other companies would tell us it would be one price and then if we said no call us back several days later with a much better offer, and that would continue. Window World gave us the best price to begin with rather than playing games! Communication was top notch! Installation was a breeze… even with a little hiccup with two of our window orders and extremely cold weather… We were taken care of beautifully and work was done professionally! Thanks to Danielle in the office, she brought all the components together seamlessly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others, or use them in the future.

Window World of Muncie installed two entry doors and a sliding patio door in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, both the sales and installation teams were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the doors is outstanding, and they've made a noticeable difference in my home's appearance and energy efficiency. I highly recommend Window World of Muncie to anyone looking to upgrade their home's exterior—you won't be disappointed!

Window World of Muncie installed 15 windows in my rental property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The windows are beautiful, energy-efficient double-pane units, and my electric bill has already noticeably decreased.
I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality that I've recommended them to four other people, all of whom have been equally satisfied with their work. The value for what you receive is exceptional.
What really stands out is their service department. When my tenant accidentally broke a window with a baseball, Window World came out right away to replace it under warranty. The quick turnaround time on this warranty issue was incredibly impressive and gave me complete confidence in their commitment to customer service.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality window replacement!

I couldn't be happier with my new windows from Window World of Muncie! From the initial sales consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was smooth and professional. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly cared about getting the job done right. This is hands down the best experience I've ever had with an exterior remodeling company. The quality of the windows is exceptional, and the installation was flawless. Highly recommend Team WW Muncie to anyone looking for replacement windows!

Window World took great care of us many years ago, possibly 20+ years ago and then again later. Initially my husband replaced some windows, we had a contractor replace a few and then we had some very old windows. We had Window World replace half the windows first and later called them for the others when we were ready. Now 5-10 years later, we needed help with screen replacements and they were here again to help. I've worked with Indianapolis and Muncie locations; both are friendly helpful and will provide continuity of care for your windows. They also replace doors, garage doors and many other services I read on their website. Window World was a great experience for us and we would use them again!

Window world was the best price out of three companies I had prices from. They were able to get windows in earlier than scheduled too. They installed 11 windows, caulked inside and out, cleaned up and were done in less than 6 hours. Highly recommend.
